    Troubleshooting

    Add a new Rok registry

If a registration form with the following message appears:

This seems to be the first time you are trying to use this Rok registry. To proceed, you first need to register this Rok, by retrieving a registration code from this Rok registry.

then your Rok cluster is not registered with this Rok Registry.

In this case, you need to contact your admin to configure your Rok cluster for syncing.

  9. Your subscribed bucket will appear in your bucket list. A green downward arrow will appear under the bucket name along with the Unsubscribe button.

    Troubleshooting

Peer is stuck at Connecting state

If the Bucket info shows more than one peers and the state of some remote peers is stuck at Connecting, it means that your Rok cluster is failing to connect to that remote peer to sync the bucket. This probably happens due to some misconfiguration on the peers.

In this case, contact your admin and make sure they have properly configured the Rok clusters for syncing.

Summary

You have successfully subscribed to a bucket from a Rok Registry.
